KEEPING AN EYE ON YOUR HOME

HouseWatch^SM is a web based proactive real estate management system insuring complete property compliance. Ideal for real estate property managers, homeowners and investors. HouseWatch is not a property manager, maintenance company, home security or home inspection company. The web based HouseWatch compliance system physically monitors and reports the condition of your home via a comprehensive visual inspection checklist. Both owners and/or property managers can receive the report. HouseWatch fosters proactive property management practices and provides owners peace of mind in knowing their property is constantly in compliance and 100% fully managed and maintained. From trouble shooting to confirming that doors are locked and appliances are functioning, HouseWatch will insure that your home has been inspected and is compliant with our customized checklist specified to your home needs. HouseWatch is bonded licensed and insured.

HERE'S HOW HOUSEWATCH^SM WORKS

Every week, a HouseWatch^SM inspector meticulously checks your home with the help of a customized-digital checklist. A report is e-mailed or faxed to homeowners and/or property managers within 48 hours of inspection.
Upon your request, HouseWatch^SM can also provide rapid, third-party preferred service vendors and implement First Response in case of emergencies discovered at the time of inspection.

PAYMENT

The HouseWatch^SM workweek begins on Fridays at midnight. We ask that your payment from the previous month be received prior to the commencement of service for the next month. Invoices are sent via e-mail or fax for your convenience. Postal Invoicing and auto-pay options are also available.
